The hotel had an excellent location, close to tourist attractions and easily accessible. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing complimentary items in the mini bar. the room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing stay.

the spa did not seem worth visiting and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance at an inconvenient time.

The rooms were top-notch, on par with top international resorts. The attention to detail and immaculate finishing were exceptional. The hotel had a tranquil ambiance and beautifully curated paintings and decorations. The staff went above and beyond to assist, even preparing special food for a guest who was unwell.

The service fell short in several areas. Communication was a challenge as the staff had limited English proficiency.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in a great location, close enough to the city centre. the room was comfortable with nice Le Labo toiletries in the bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary items in the mini bar.

The quality of the food items in the high tea ordered from the restaurant could have been better.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with their exclusive amenities. the room was spacious and had a luxurious feel, complete with private facilities. the service was excellent and staff were attentive to all needs.

The restaurant had limited options and could have had more variety. Nonetheless, the quality of food was still good.
